Suspension Unit
The Suspension unit is a carefully designed harness that is comfortable to wear both sitting and standing and is
easy to put on/take off. In addition, the unit is adjustable to provide maximum stability and support to the pelvis.
The unit is washable with soap and water or standard disinfectants.
- Support
- The back side of the unit is a flexible gel pad shaped like a bicycle seat. The front support is a wide pad
of compressible foam. - Putting on/Taking Off
- The unit is opened/ closed with large, easy to use snaps.
- Adjustment
- The unit is adjusted for fit and comfort by 4 easy to use “tug and release” slides
- Connection
- Connecting the Suspension Unit to the Mobility Unit is done by lifting a ring over
a ball. The simple connection can be done with a care giver or by the user. (Depending on the user’s capability)
